The first of our scarf money has been disbursed!
we had a lovely meeting tonight! caribou is the best place on Monday because you can get a medium coffee for $1.00 and a mocha for $2.00.
right now we are working on knitting, knitting, knitting! please make our sore pinkies worth it, haha, help us help the dear people at Kiva.
our project this week is sending packages to a few college students we know who are about to embark on finals. please let us know if there’s anything you’d like to donate for us to send! howheloves@gmail.com
Organic scarves hand-knit by the girls of How He Loves are now available for sale! The proceeds, after the cost of yarn, will be used to give a microloan to an independent entrepreneur in a developing country through kiva.org.
All scarves are made from organic cotton yarn, knit in garter stitch by Melissa, Katelyn, and Hannah.
To buy a scarf, contact one of us or email howheloves@gmail.com to work out payment and shipping options. Or, if you don’t want a scarf, you can donate directly at our kiva lending team page.
